Centre Holistique Om West

Set in the heart of beautiful Pointe Claire Village, Centre Holistique Om West is a peaceful oasis for people of all ages and abilities to gather and engage in activities that inspire personal growth and wellness in all areas of life.

Formally known as Centre Holistique de Pointe Claire, the Centre is located on Ste Anne Street above Jessy Naturel and Babar book store and consists of two yoga studios and a therapy room. We offer yoga, meditation, massage, qigong, shiastu, prenatal and post-natal courses, kids and teen programs, dance, naturopathy treatments and showcase local art.

All ages and levels of experience are welcome.
