The approach used at All Heart Counselling is a framework largely based on “A Course In Miracles”. Transpersonal psychology is the study of oneself through all aspects of human consciousness and connectedness. With this holistic approach to healing, our struggles can be explored to uncover the gifts of personal expansion and empowerment. All Heart Counselling embraces diversity and the belief that we are all both teachers and students within our own curriculums. Through All Heart Counselling I offer my skills to help create a safe, loving environment for clients to explore and ultimately recognize their own potential.
