Nestling on the shore of Lake Massawippi in North Hatley, the Pilsen Restaurant & Pub welcomes you to a unique experience. Savour our excellent and distinctive cuisine, first with your eyes and then with your palate. From our eclectic menu choose such specialties as fresh fish, grilled meats, pastas and salads. While enjoying an elegant view of lake Massiwippi and its river flowing past your window, you may sample our fine selection of micro-brewed and imported beer or choose one of our many fine wines, some of which are available by the glass.

We are open every day of the year for your lunch and dinner enjoyment, and of course our Pub in North Hatley also welcomes you into the late evening. The views of lake Massawippi, the river and of the heritage homes in the area are exceptional and change with each season.

You may choose to be served in the country-style dining room, in the British-style pub or in season, on one of two waterside terrasses where you will be entertained by the local waterfowl.

It is our pleasure to accommodate individuals, couples, families and larger groups (up to 85). Reservations are strongly encouraged.
