P&M School of Dance was created back in 1996 by sisters Paula Birch and Marianne Birch. Now called Pure Movement Dance Studio.

After 11 successful years, PM continues to prevail in every aspect of dance and entertainment. The school promises dancers to achieve beyond their expectations in an environment which embraces diversity and independence.

 

 

Our mission is to teach individuals how to dance and have fun; to develop their self-confidence, talent and self-esteem. Students should be comfortable with their bodies while being able to adapt to their own style and rhythm of dancing while having fun!

 

Classes are available for children 3 years old to adults, for all levels, from beginners to advanced, to professionals. There are approximately 8-16 students in a class. Our small classes provide each dancer the attention that they deserve, as well as a chance to develop at their own pace.

Pure Movements's Competition Team is one of the leading performance teams in Montreal. The school participates in competitions all over North America, winning at the highest levels and being awarded cash prizes!
